He was predeceased by : his parents, William Clarence and Maggie Newsome Greer; his sister Glenoris Greer Holt; his son William B. Greer, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Thomas A. Beaver.
He is survived by : his wife Harriette Beaver Greer; his son Robert E. Greer (Bobby); his stepsons, Travis E. Laube and George L. Laube, Jr. (Christie); his grandchildren, Tara Uzpurvis (Scott), Maycee Wren, Angelica Laube, Brianna Laube, Bryson Laube and Abigail Laube; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Barinowski, Zelma Broadwater, Laura Collins and Sandy E. Beaver (Linda). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
