He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Pinkerton and Odell Pinkerton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice; his son Christopher Pinkerton (Rebecca) of Augusta, GA; his granddaughters, Katherine Richardson (Alex) of Dacula, GA and Allison Pinkerton of Augusta, GA; and his brothers, Harold Pinkerton (Marcia) of Fort Worth, TX and Gary Pinkerton (Dana) of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by extended family, including nieces and nephews.
