He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Purcell; his children, Alvin (Betty), Patricia (Adrian), Melisha (LaRalpheal), Anthony (Kelley) and Anita; his siblings, Wilbert (Linda), Doris and Lennard; his grandchildren, Terrans (Ania), Benjamin, Charmise (Brandon) and Donovan; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Alex and Bruno. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
