She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Levine and Alethia Grimes (Solomon Grimes); and her siblings, George Greene, Kenneth Levine, Marion Levine, George Levine, Michael Levine and Lenora Levine.

She is survived by: her husband Jake Johnson; her children, Kitisha RayShaun Raynor, Collisa Latimore, Jamel Gibson, Catina Funchess (James), Tanita Hall (Cordell), Shuwanye Jimperson, Malesha Gantt, Vonetta Greene and Ulissa Ledbetter; and her siblings, Gary Levine (Gregory Levine), Evangelist Michelle Easterling Levine and Rosalyn Hill. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends.
