He was predeceased by: his former wife Susan Ann Meadows Miles; his mother Annie Belle Miles Yates; and his brothers, Kenneth Frazier and Travis Yates. He is survived by: his wife June Childs Miles; his sisters, Faye Laughlin of Lake City and Lynn Yates of Haines City; and his children, Karen Jarrell (Scott) of Plano and Ben Miles (Missy) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
