With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cedric L. Woods of Augusta, Georgia, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on July 10, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cedric may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cedric touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home (314 Laney Walker Blvd A, Augusta, GA 30901). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
