He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Flores Fallaw. He is survived by: his children, Brett Fallaw (Carla), Anita Pilgrim (Billy) and David Fallaw (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Blake Fallaw, Collin Fallaw, Britton Hernlen (Sharissa), Tayler Fuller (Nick), Patrick Pilgrim and Bella Pilgrim; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Paisley, Harper, Brinley, Lillie and Izzy; and his siblings, Frontis A. Fallaw (Lorraine), Michael T. Fallaw, Lisa Arnold and Annmarie Aiken (Luke).

The family will accept flowers, but also requests, if you wish to donate to please do so to the National Kidney Foundation at Kidney.org/donation.
