He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Thigpen Burrum; his parents, Mattie Burrum, and Charles W. Burrum, Sr.; his siblings, Ruby Foster, Ester Dunaway and Roy Burrum; his niece LeAnn Bartolucci; and his nephew Richard Servais.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Radford, Kathy Robinson (Gerald), Thomas Gordon Burke, Jr., James Paul Burke and John Duane Burke; his grandchildren, Samantha Arnold (Lee), Summer Burke, Julie Smothers (Tracy), Ashley McCarley, Chad Radford (Megan), Chris Radford (Britney), Davis Branch, Jessica Young, Justin Branch (Jennifer), Holley Burke (Walt), Sarah Kniphfer (Kraig) and Jamie Burke; his great grandchildren, Ben, Rigsby, Will, Gage, Burkley, Zach, Josh, Warner, Easton, Kendall, Karah Grace, Krosson, Kingsley and Keaston; and his nephew Tom Foster Jr. (Suzanne).
