And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Charles' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Hobbs Wiggins; his parents, Sam Ralph Wiggins and Charlotte Griner Wiggins; and his brother Marion Barney Wiggins. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Wiggins and Michael Wiggins; his brother Sam Wiggins (Nancy); his grandson Robert Michael Webb; and his friend Pat Kirkse.
