She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Sczipiorski and Elisabeth Sczipiorski; her husband Monte Nakano; and her siblings, Eleanor Cantrell (Ronald) and Winfried Steffens (Roswitha). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
