Christina Lynn Hobbs Obituary

Martinez, GA – Christina Lynn Hobbs entered into rest on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the age of 50. Christina was born and raised in Augusta, GA. She was a graduate of Evans High School and Augusta Technical College. She began a career as a Respiratory Therapist at the VA Hospital where she met her husband, Larry. After having three sons, Christina went back to school at Kerr Business College to start a new career in business, working as the office manager for Spectrum Business.

Survivors include her loving husband, Larry J. Hobbs Jr.; her sons, Bradley Shawn Hughes, Michael James Hobbs (Dristi), and Kevin Garrett Hobbs; her sister, Amy Pearson (Chris); her nephews, Nicolas Stephen Pearson, Zachary Parker Pearson, and Luke Miller Pearson; her parents, Steve and Janet Miller; and many extended family members.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Julia Crim officiating. The family will receive friends following in the Gathering Area at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Willard E.
