He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya Flanigan of Hiram, GA, Kelli Flanigan of Conyers, GA, Dr. Nadia Flanigan of Port Orange, FL and Nikki Flanigan; his grandchildren, Maurice Upchurch of Hiram, GA, Savannah of Lawrenceville, GA, Skylar Moore of Lawrenceville, GA and Myles Flanigan of Conyers, GA; his brother Captain Calvin Flanigan of Conyers, GA; his aunts, Sarah McCollum (Bobby) of Decatur, GA and Annie Benton of Conyers, GA; and his uncle Robert Flanigan of Conyers, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
