He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leander and Helen Sheaff Cooke; his wife Deborah Watts Cooke; and his siblings, Eula Mae Cooke Kerezsi, Elliott Cooke, Donald Neal Cooke Sr., Beverly Cooke Piper and Ralph Cooke.
He is survived by: his children, Cliff Cooke Jr., Kelli Cooke Simonetti, Angela Widener Lewis, Bradford Allen Widener (Tammy) and Julie Cooke Alston (Ronald). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
