With sadness, we share the passing of Clyde Lanier Knox Sr. (Augusta, Georgia). Clyde, born on October 25, 1945 in Appling, Georgia, passed away on June 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsay "Bo" Knox and Mary Elna Morris Knox; and his sister Betty Knox Kent of Appling. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lindley Knox; his children, Wendi Knox (Mike), Clyde L. Knox, Jr. and Claire Knox (Lawson); his grandchildren, Taylor Vowell (Carlie), Lane Carter Knox and Addi Knox; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Liam, Drew and Luke Vowell.
