He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Bulluck and Clara Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Gail Bulluck; his children, Derek Bulluck and Marnie Bowles; his siblings, Wayne Bailey, Larry Bailey and Judy Williams; his grandchildren, Megan Kuhl, Racheal Bragg, Joshua Bowles, Tabatha Tillman and Sara Bowles; and his great grandchildren, Winnie Bragg, Milo Bragg, Piper Bragg, Emerson Tillman, Annabelle Tillman, Rowan Bowles and Laudie Kuhl.
