He is survived by: his father Jimmy Best (Sheila Stencel); his grandparents, Judy Stencel and Dale Stencel; his aunts and uncles, Scott Stencel (Shiela), Troy Stencel (Suzanne), Mark Stencel (Katy), Johnny M. Best (Bonnie), Jerry Best (Carrel), Billy Best (Martha), Sharon Lapp (Tony), Judy Wilson (Jeff) and Tammy Vick (Tater); and his niece Daphne Walker.
