He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Allain Gates; his children, Megan Gates Reynolds (Matthew) and Christopher Michael Gates; his parents, Jerry Menke and Vicki Menke; his brothers, John Gates (Maura) and Jarod Menke (Cindy); his parents-in-law, Raymond and Joyce Allain; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Allain and Jeff Allain (Laura). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
