She is survived by: her husband Jason Shire; her children, Jason Andrew Shire (Alyssa) and Ashley McDaniel; her grandchildren, Bryce and Adyson McDaniel; and her siblings, Margaret Ann Barker (John) and Coleman I. Gay (Brandy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
