He is survived by: his parents, Wade Timothy Welch (Yvette Sanders) of Augusta and Wanda Rabun Mock; his sister Holly Welch (Ronnie Hughes) of Hephzibah; his grandmother Shirley Welch; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Seman, Savannah Seman, Madison Hughes and Isabella Barfield; his uncle Larry Rabun; his brother Wesley Hartley Jr.; his uncle Roy Welch; and his grandfather John Welch.
