He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Widener and Margaret Widener; and his siblings, Artis Widener and Carolyn Hodges. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Widener. He is also survived by numerous fur babies that he adored; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bible Chapel (1730 Walker St, Augusta, GA 30904). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
