He was predeceased by: his parents, David Perper and Catherine Jones Blust; his brother Mark Perper; and his stepfather Wilfred R. Blust. He is survived by: his stepbrother Gary Blust; and his cousins, Barry White and Diane Hawkins. He is also survived by countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors (2502 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906).
