He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn M. Mingledoff; his sons, Franklin Mingledoff and Bernard Mingledoff (Velda); his siblings, Leroy Mingledoff (Bessie), Charles Mingledoff, Joseph Page (Laverne), Arthur James Bogan, Elouise Laters, Effie M. Roberson, Ruth Carney, Carrie Lawson, Ella M. Mingledoff, Frankie Rico (Alan), Loretta Hines and Lorraine Mingledoff; his siblings-in-law, Hubart Mayes, Alan Rico, Corey Lascoe, Myrtis Moore, Nerrisee Schultz and Vardell Mingledoff; and his grandchildren, Kenya West, Lanissa of Washington and Samuel Mingledoff.
