Diane left this world on August 27, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter R. Warren Sr.; her parents, Glen "June" Cleveland and Juanita Cleveland; and her daughter Dr. Jennifer L. Wright. She is survived by: her son Dr. Peter R. Warren Jr. (Vittoria Anello); her grandchildren, Hannah E. Wright and Anthony Anello Warren; her sisters, Brenda Cleveland Watson and Mary Franklin Hand; her siblings' children, Nancy Watson, David Watson, Michael Watson, Zachary Watson, Allison Pipkin Johnson, Susan Griffin and Sandra Ellis; and her friend Lauren Verlaque Hall. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elliott Sons Funeral Home (2524 Lumpkin Rd, Augusta, GA 30906). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Piney Grove Baptist Church (5060 Mike Padgett Hwy, Augusta, GA 30906).
