He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Woody" Woodward and Henrietta "Retta" Woodward; and his brother Brigham Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kitty" Woodward; his children, Staci Clark (Steve) and Ashley Woodward; his grandchildren, Dalton Chassereau (Samantha), Clay Clark, Brigham Clark, Brittany DeLoach (Tony) and Carson Woodward (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Addie, Emma, Amelia and Ali.
