She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas and Edith Thomas; her daughter Debbie McIntosh Prickett; and her brothers, Ralph Thomas (Betty) and Tracy Thomas (Doris).

She is survived by: her daughter Valerie McIntosh Icenhour (Guy); her granddaughters, Angela Rutland (Shane), Jamie King (Adam) and Heather Hughes (Chris); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Kyle Rutland, Gracie, Alex King, Owen, Colin, Dylan and Summer Hughes; and her siblings, Donnie Hendricks (Paul), Ray Thomas (Carolyn) and Worth Thomas (Judy).
