She was predeceased by: her husband George Eugene Welch; and her siblings, Gene Dye, George Dye and Libby Lauer. She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Welch-Walton (Gary) of Hephzibah, GA, Dorothy Jean Welch (Jeannie), Tina Welch Powers (Bruce) of Athens, GA and Vickie Welch Moon of Augusta, GA.; her sister Nancy Michaelis (Stanley) of Marietta, OH; her sister-in-law Judy Dye of Newport, OH.; her grandchildren, Carrie Evans, G. W. Eggers, Jason Eggers (Nikki), Laura Eggers, Brandon Sapp, Brad Sapp (Erika), Ann Marie Sanders (Nick), David Irick, Matthew Moon, Gary Moon II, Billy Moon and Crystal Moon; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by friends which include her 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
