He is survived by: his children, Brenda Duke (Tom), Becky Bennett (Darren) and Bryan Gilmore (Sarah); his grandchildren, Colby Duke, Caleb Duke, Carlie Duke, Connor Duke, Chris Bennett, Brittany Nguyen (Bennett), Madison Johnson (Bennett), Megan Bennett, Lauren Bennett, Hayden Gilmore and Carter Gilmore; his great grandchildren, Audrey Bennett and Raelyn Bennett; and his sister Marlee Payne.
