He was predeceased by: his daughter Sharon Denise Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Don Bourke and Linda Bourke; his children, Tiffany Phillips (Tiffany Pelfrey), Nichole Davis, Creighton Phillips (Jennifer) and Mary Julian (Terry); his grandchildren, Karen Renee Lucent, Jennifer Lee Phillips, Lindsey McKleroy, Laney Davis, Roman Davis, Chasity Phillips, Ethaniey Phillips, Gabrielle Julian, Elizabeth Julian-Bell, Harley Julian, John Julian, Angelique Bailey and Jamye White; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Mason, Aubrey, Quintavius, Arianna, Truce, Evan, Angela, Maxon and Colton; and his siblings, Mark Philips, Byron Phillips and Rebecca Simmans.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wildwood Christian Church (2627 Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
