He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Wade and Eva Wade; and his siblings, Juanita Dametz (Carl), Choletta Morrow (Raymond) and Bill Wade (MaryAnn).
He is survived by: his wife Wilma D. Wade; his children, Julie Lynn Wade (Laura Brown), Lori Ann Patterson and Jamie DeAnn Zachry (Michael); and his grandchildren, Jesse Wade Patterson (Savannah Pennington), Maybre Olivia Zachry and Hagen Ray Zachry (Jayme).
