She is survived by: her sister-in-law Charlotte Bohler Merry; and her sibling's children, Dr. J. Kenneth McDonald Jr. (Judy McDonald), Merry McDonald Dirksen (John Dirksen), Robert B. McDonald (Jenny), Ellen A. Merry and Kenneth D. Merry (Elizabeth).
