He was predeceased by : his wife Eleanor Antonio; his parents, Ervin L. Clack Sr. and Jessie Clyde Smith Clack; his son Steve Russell Clack; and his sister Betty Hathaway.

He is survived by : his children, Michael K. Clack (Stephanie), Cynthia Kight (Mark), Ken Clack and Eric Clack (Vicki); his daughter-in-law Tina Clack; and his grandchildren, Trey Kight, Kasie Willis, April Reese, Dallas Clack, Carl Willis, Jill Young and Heather Anderson. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
