She was predeceased by: her father Van Regopolos; and her husband James Monroe Dicks (Jim). She is survived by: her children, Scott Evans Story (Amy), Staci Story Coleman (Ben) and Bryant Dicks (Karen); her grandchildren, Ryan Coleman (Erin), Jon Manning Coleman (Erica), Andrew Dicks (Caroline) and Abigail Rondone (Joe); her great grandchildren, Skylar and Kassidy Coleman; and her brother Art Regopolos.
