Simmons, Jr., Robert F. Simmons and Joseph F. Simmons; her husband Frank H. Simmons, Sr.; her daughters, Gloria A. Perkins and Jessie Key Jefferson; her siblings, Raymond Robinson, Fred Key, Sr., Hurbert Key, Mary E. Tolbert, Katherine Brown, Hattie M. Johnson and Katie Johnson; and her grandchildren, John Brigham, Jr., Derrick Perkins, Le'Shanna Perkins and Jermaine Simmons.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home (314 Laney Walker Blvd A, Augusta, GA 30901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church (49 St Johns Church Rd, Aiken, SC 29803). A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Walker Memorial Park (620 Laney Walker Blvd, Augusta, GA 30901).
