He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Crews (Thomas), Rhonda Sellers (Gary) and Gina Hanley (David); his stepdaughters, Paula Williams and Annette Little (Jay); his sister Rachel Widener (Howard); and his caregiver Gloria Ellison.
