He is survived by: his wife Mary Benes Fortino; his children, James Benes, Kerry Benes Blevins (Mike), Joanne Benes Scott (Joe), Gina Marie Fortino, Christina Fortino James (Brad) and Michael Silvio Fortino; his grandchildren, Erin, Jackson and Juliet; his great grandchildren, Ella and Melanie; and his siblings, John Fortino (Mary), Mary Severin (Garry), Anthony Fortino (Jackie) and Theresa Grife (Steven). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
