He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Patrick and Maryan Patrick; and his sister Betty Dismukes. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Weekley Patrick; his sons, Pat Patrick (Cathy), Mike Patrick (Terri) and Scott Patrick (Michael Daly); his grandsons, Josh Johnson (Tiffany), Matthew Patrick (Courtney) and Forrest Patrick (Elise); and his great grandchildren, Taylor Grace Johnson, Dalton Johnson, David Patrick, Daniel Patrick and Holden Patrick.
