He is survived by: his mother Gayle Gilbert Neely; his siblings, Fredrick Derron Neely, Monique Gilbert and Vernon Neely, Sr.; his cousins, Brenda Neely, Reginald Neely, Jr., Dena Neely and Andranne Bogan; his aunts and uncles, Lourdes Neely Coleman, Marilyn Neely, Agnes Brown, Peggy Gilbert, Kathy Gilbert (Elizabeth Gilbert), Natovian Ward (Stephanie) and Tommy Lee Gilbert, Jr.; and his godparents, Francine Scott and Ricardo Daggett (Lauretha). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home (314 Laney Walker Blvd A, Augusta, GA 30901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thankful Baptist Church (302 Walker St, Augusta, GA 30901). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (120 Watkins St, Augusta, GA 30901).
