She is survived by: her daughters, Gheisler Butler (Alonzo) of Graniteville and Shannon A. Mills of Augusta, Georgia; her brother Charles C. Reese of Pontevedra, Florida; her grandchildren, Zia I. Butler and Brennan C. Mills; her sibling's children, Kiki Katz (Stephen), Lawrence Stubbs (Natasha) and Michael Moore; and her close friends, Barbara Utley (Bobbie) and LaVonya Robinson. She is also survived by other relatives and close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Covenant Baptist Church (4800 Franklin Covenant Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815).
