He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Bell-Tootle; his children, Zachary Bell of Augusta and Maria Collins (Roderick) of Augusta; his adoptive son Laroy Harvey (PJ) of Glennville, GA; his siblings, Jessie Dean Tootle of New York, LeeAnn Hutchinson (Cleverton) of Glennville, GA, Welton Tootle of Glennville and Stancil Tootle (Janice) of Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Taylor Collins and Maddison Collins of Augusta; and his brother Dr. Ed Hightower.
