She is survived by: her husband Richard Ronald Waters, Sr.; her children, Richard Ronald "Ricky" Waters, Jr. (Cindy), Phyllis Ann "Sissy" Vaughn, Margaret Elizabeth "Beth" Harden (Gary) and Tamela Lynne "Tammy"; and her grandsons, Richard Randall Waters, Jason Nicolas Waters, Donald Eugene Vaughn, Jr., James Woodrow Prather, Wesley Gary Harden, Nathaniel Scott Waters, Jr., Hunter Bryant Johnson and Israel Paul Osborne. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors (2502 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors (2520 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906).
