He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Eugene Neal, Sr. and Emily Green Neal; and his brother John Richard Neal (Cindy) of Albany, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Maxwell Neal; his children, Kim Neal Hillis (Michael) and Chris Neal (Ashley); and his brother Lenson Neal (Lynda). He is also survived by his loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
