He is survived by: his wife Patricia Butler; his children, Calvin Flynn (Cindy), Uquay Garrett (John) and Ariel Butler-Young (Chuck); his grandchildren, Desmond Butler, Leia Flynn, Darien Flynn, Bryson Flynn, Cylan Garrett and John Garrett; and his siblings, Tommy Middleton, Neomia Butler Lee, John Butler (Geraldine), Nancy Butler Beard (Ronnie), James Butler (Teresa) and Felicia Butler Miles (Milton). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, lifelong friends.
