He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Banks Perkins; his children, George Perkins, Jr. and Linda Perkins Hair (Gene); his son-in-law Bennie Christian; his brother-in-law Allan Aldridge; and his parents, Othello Perkins and Buhla Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Lee Perkins Christian; his grandchildren, Gena Taylor (Wesley), Tara Christian, Jennifer Perkins (Roff), Janet Bruyninckx (Joey), Ashlee Randall (Mark), Matt Perkins (Christina) and Jon Hair (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Hannah Sourdiff (Trevor), Hunter Taylor, Jarrett Thompson, Logan Perkins, Tanner Bruyninckx (Carly), Trent Bruyninckx, Tucker Bruyninckx, Collin Williams, Cooper Williams, Mason Perkins, Aubrey Grace Perkins, Anslee Hair, Ayden Hair and Owen Hair; his great great grandchild Wyatt Sourdiff; his daughter-in-law Kathy Keip; his sister Claire Aldridge; his friend Wheldon Hair; and his close friend Sidney Foster.
