He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Larmon and Dorine Sixbury Larmon; his siblings, Marjorie Burdick (Don), Inez Larmon, Richard Larmon (Darlene), Tom Larmon (Fran) and Willard Larmon (Donna); and his granddaughter Shelley Renee Little.
He is survived by: his children, George W. Larmon II and Kimberley O. Dyson (Tommy); his former wife Patricia F. Larmon; his grandchildren, Suzi Louise Larmon, Michael Lee Markwalter (Melanie) and Carl Joe Dyson; his great grandchildren, Alec Little, Shiloh Grey Larmon, Richard Ian Swift and Bryson Connor Roll; his sisters, Judy Watkins (Bill), Debbie Rice (Fred) and Dorothy Moon (Clif); his sister-in-law Faye Parker; and his brothers, Paul Larmon (Mildred) and Melvin Larmon (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the East Cobb Baptist Church (1940 Shallowford Rd, Marietta, GA 30066). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (Veterans Cemetery Rd, Georgia 30114).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the East Cobb Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of George.
