It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Fordham in Augusta, Georgia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyndell Fordham and Rita Libby Fordham; and his brothers, Mike and Randy Fordham. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Fordham Jr. (Tiffany) of Eastman, Ashley Thornton (Tony) of Wrightsville, Jeremy Fordham of Dublin and Harlee Fordham of Uvalda.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Townsend Brothers Funeral Home (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Snowhill Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in honor of Gerald to Great Oaks Bank in Eastman, GA to help with cemetery cost, the remaining funds will be donated to Pinehurst Drive Baptist Church.
