He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyndell Fordham and Rita Libby Fordham; and his brothers, Mike and Randy Fordham. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Fordham Jr. (Tiffany) of Eastman, Ashley Thornton (Tony) of Wrightsville, Jeremy Fordham of Dublin and Harlee Fordham of Uvalda.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in honor of Gerald to Great Oaks Bank in Eastman, GA to help with cemetery cost, the remaining funds will be donated to Pinehurst Drive Baptist Church.
