He is survived by: his children, Jerry LeZotte (Ashley), Matt LeZotte (Lindsay), Tony LeZotte (Katey) and Katherine Fortson (Lombard); his former wife Patty; and his sister Adriance Galloway (Pete Galloway). He is also survived by grandchildren.
