He is survived by: his wife Linda Blackburn; his children, Travis Gerald Lanier, Joel Daniel Lanier (Leslie), Dana Marie Lanier Thompson (David) and Leisa Anne Lanier; his grandchildren, Dustin Gerald Thompson, Austin Daniel Lanier and Daylee Marie Thompson Smith (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Peyton James Thompson and Preston John Thompson.
