He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Hogeland Rucker and H. Campbell Vaiden; and his brother B. Rucker Vaiden. He is survived by: his wife Carole Burgamy Harison Vaiden; his children, John H. Vaiden (Lynne), Ruth T. Vaiden, Allen S. Harison (Gail) and Bates M. Harison (Heather); his grandchildren, Thomas J. Vaiden (Ashlee), Jacob K. Vaiden (Miriam), Campbell Elizabeth Harison, Fenwick Abigail Harison and Mary Sawyer Harison; his great grandchild Gunner H. Vaiden; his sister Eleanor Vaiden (Ellie); and his sister-in-law Beth Vaiden. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
