It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Beard Osborne of Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Bryant Beard and Lottie Cushman Beard Roberson; her husband Billy C. Osborne, Sr.; her sisters, Mildred Beard, Betty Beard Johnson and Hazel Beard Bargeron; and her nephew Michael Johnson.

She is survived by: her sons, Billy C. Osborne, Jr. (Robin) of Lexington, SC and Kenneth B. Osborne (Celia) of Snellville, GA; her niece Jerri Coleman; and her nephews, Mark Johnson, Lee Shaffer, Robin Bargeron and Cliff Bargeron. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for memorials to The Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517, or to Hands to Paws Rescue (http://hands2paws.org) in Augusta, Georgia.
