She was predeceased by: her husband Morris S. Marks; and her brothers, Emery Estus Toole, Johnnie Odell Toole and Robert Ladson Toole. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Anne Edwards Gorman (Michael) and Bernard Andrew Edwards (Sherri); her stepsons, David L. Marks (Leah) and Samuel B. Marks (Lisa); her sister-in-law Billie Jean Toole; her grandchildren, Lilly Michelle Gorman, Kelley Ann Edwards Flynn (Michel), Miriam Marks, Shoshana Marks, Batsheva Marks and Matthew Cole Shirley (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Madeleine H. E. Flynn of Connor, J. R, Matthew Reid Shirley and Mason Ridge Shirley.
